Plot

The Resumption, or basically Drishyam 2, is a 2021 Indian Malayalam-language wrongdoing thrill ride movie composed and coordinated by Jeethu Joseph and delivered by Antony Perumbavoor through the organization Aashirvad Cinemas.[2] A continuation of their 2013 film Drishyam, the film stars Mohanlal, Meena, Ansiba Hassan, and Esther Anil. The story happens six years after the occasion of Drishyam.

Jeethu composed the content for Drishyam 2 when the creative works of his one more film Ram, got interfered with because of the COVID-19 pandemic. After a proper declaration was made on Mohanlal's 60th birthday celebration, 21 May 2020,[3] the central photography started on 21 September and finished up on 6 November 2020, while sticking to somewhere safe and secure precautionary measures set for forestalling the spread of COVID-19. The film was shot broadly for 46 days in and around Thodupuzha in similar areas as Drishyam, and a few scenes in Kochi. Anil Johnson created the tunes and score. Satheesh Kurup dealt with the cinematography and V. S. Vinayak altered the film.

Initially, the creators made arrangements for a dramatic delivery, but the makers later selected to deliver the film through the web-based feature Amazon Prime Video. The film was delivered overall on 19 February 2021 to broad basic recognition, applauding the portrayal style and exhibitions (particularly of Mohanlal).
